Welcome to Ghosted Report ("Ghosted," "we," "us," or "the Ghosted team"). By using this website and submitting reports, you agree to the following terms. We've written them in plain language because we think that's the least we can do.
Ghosted Report is a public platform where job seekers can submit reports about their experiences with companies, recruiters, and hiring managers. Reports reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the people who submit them. Ghosted Report is not a legal service and does not provide legal advice.
By submitting a report, you confirm that your account is truthful and based on your genuine personal experience. You agree not to submit false, fabricated, or knowingly misleading information. You understand that submitting a report about someone or a company that is materially false could expose you — not us — to legal liability.
We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted reports. We review reports for verification purposes but cannot independently confirm every detail. Verified status means we've reviewed supporting documentation — it does not mean we've conducted a legal investigation.
Reports should describe your experience. "The interviewer was dismissive and did not read my application" is an experience. "This company is committing fraud" is a factual claim that requires evidence. Please stick to what you personally experienced, observed, or were directly told.
We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any report that we believe violates these terms, contains clearly false information, constitutes harassment of a private individual, or otherwise creates legal risk for the platform. We will not remove reports because a company asked us to or offered us something in exchange. That's kind of the whole point.
We take your privacy seriously. We do not display your name, email address, or any personally identifying information alongside your report. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we handle it.
Ghosted Report is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or completeness of information on the platform. We are a small independent project run by real humans who are doing their best.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
